Submitting an enquiry through our contact form or by telephone or email creates no binding obligation on either party. Engagement with our services is formalised only through a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Cloud Pagoda reserves the right to review its fees from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance of the next billing period.

8. Service-Specific Terms

Placement in the Pagoda Residence programme requires completion of a written residency agreement. This agreement sets out the notice period for termination, the responsibilities of both parties, and arrangements relating to personal property and emergency contacts. Terms for the Chinese Arts Appreciation programme and the Five-Night Introduction are set out in the relevant enrolment documents provided at the time of registration.

Our services are provided with care and professionalism. However, we make no specific claims regarding health outcomes, behavioural changes, or wellbeing improvements. Cloud Pagoda is not a medical provider. Information on this website is for general reference only and does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice. You should seek independent advice as appropriate to your situation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Hong Kong law, Cloud Pagoda's liability for any claim arising from use of this website or from our programmes shall not exceed the total fees paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Termination

Cloud Pagoda reserves the right to end or suspend any programme in circumstances where continued participation is not in the best interests of the resident or other persons at the home, or where there is a material breach of any agreement. The resident or their authorised representative may also terminate any programme arrangement in accordance with the notice period set out in the relevant written agreement.

12. Dispute Resolution

We hope that any concern can be resolved through direct communication with our team. If a formal dispute arises, it shall be subject to the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties agree to attempt informal resolution before resorting to formal legal proceedings. The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved dispute.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
