Cloud Pagoda is a residential home rather than a medical facility. We do not provide nursing or clinical care. Residents who require medical attention continue to visit their own doctors, and our care companions assist with daily comfort and routine.

Our home suits elderly individuals who are largely independent or need light companionship rather than nursing support. Many residents appreciate the cultural atmosphere, the familiarity of Cantonese cooking, and the calm pace of daily life here.

Family visits are very much welcomed and considered part of a healthy, connected life for residents. We ask only that visits take place during agreed hours so that the daily rhythm of the home is respected for all residents.

The Pagoda Residence fee of HK$15,600 per month covers accommodation in a private room, three daily meals, housekeeping, laundry, linen, access to all cultural activities, and care companion availability around the clock.

The five-night stay is a way for a prospective resident and their family to experience Cloud Pagoda without commitment. Guests receive a private room, meals, and full access to activities. At the end, our staff share a brief written report with the family about how the stay went.

Availability varies. We encourage families to reach out early so we can discuss timing thoughtfully. Early conversations also give us a chance to understand each resident's preferences before they arrive.
